Celebrating the upcoming Rogers Hometown Hockey

Grande Prairie is anticipating Rogers Hometown Hockey (Ron MacLean, former player Darcy Tucker and the tour) will be here Jan 16th and 17 at Revolution Place. Grande Prairie’s Neighbourhood Associations are hosting winter parties over the next two weekends.

Ten associations are holding neighbourhood skating and winter parties and encouraging residents to participate by wearing hockey jerseys, meeting their neighbours and having fun in local parks and rinks.

Mountview: Jan. 3, 2-4 p.m. at the rink at 113 Ave & 97 St.
O’Brien Lake: Jan. 9, 1-3 p.m. at the park in central O’Brien Lake
Mission: Jan. 9, 1-3 p.m. at the ravine north of Michaelis Blvd.
Crystal Landing & Trumpeter Village: Jan. 10, 1-3 p.m. at the rink at 85B St. & 102A Ave.
Pinnacle: Jan. 10, 1-3 p.m. at the rink at the front entrance Gazebo
Highland Park: Jan. 10, 1-3 p.m. at Ecole St. Gerard
Royal Oaks: Jan. 10, 1-3 p.m. at the rink at 119 Ave. and 106 A. St.
